Return Policy

We are here to help you!

We offer returns within 14 days since you placed your order. You can return your product for a different product or a refund through the original method of payment. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note there are exceptions to our return and refund policy.

  • Returned items must be sent in the original packaging it arrived in.
  • Sale items are not eligible for a return or refund, these sales are known as “final sales”.
  • Earrings cannot be accepted for a return or refund due to hygiene reasons. Even if they are unworn, we cannot accept them.
  • Custom items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded due to the reason they are made to order at the time purchase.
  • Princess Jewelz is not liable if you have sent us an item and it has got lost on route to us. (If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping method.)

Refunds (if applicable)

We will inspect your item to ensure it is unused once it has been received and inspected. We will process your refund once we have determined that the item is unused and in its original packaging. Within a certain number of days, a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment. Please allow 10 working days for your refund to be processed (working days are Monday through Friday). Please keep in mind that we do not refund any delivery charges on refunded orders. Princess Jewelz will not cover shipping costs.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are not "fit for purpose”, which means they are faulty or damaged. Send us an email at princessjewelz786@gmail.com if you need to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us as soon as your order arrives if it is not "fit for purpose" so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. You have 72 hours for this.
